Lois (reading from the Bible): "I will give thanks to the Lord with my whole heart; I will recount all of your wonderful deeds."
Peter: "That's nice, Lois. Hey, remember that time we tried to go on that vacation with the kids and it was a total disaster?
Lois: "Yes, Peter, I remember. Now, it says here, 'The Lord is a stronghold for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.'"
Brian: "Ah, sounds like a song from the '80s. You know, 'Oppressed in the Stronghold of Trouble.'"
Peter: "That doesn't sound familiar. Hey, remember that time we all got sick and Meg had to take care of us?
Lois: "Yes, Peter. Now, let's see. It says here, 'Those who know your name put their trust in you, for you, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek you.'
Brian: "Sounds like a line from that '90s sitcom, 'Seeking the Lord.'"
Peter: "Oh yeah! That show was hilarious. Hey, remember that time when Stewie dressed up as a baby and tried to get us to buy him stuff?
Lois: "Yes, Peter, I do. Now, 'The needy shall not always be forgotten, and the hope of the afflicted shall not perish forever.'
Brian: "Ah, reminds me of that classic video game, 'Forgotten Hope of the Afflicted.'"
