Peter: Alright, this is Psalms 72. Here's what it says:

Lois: Ooh, tell me, tell me!

Peter: Alright, let's see. It starts off with a prayer for the king, asking God to grant him justice and fairness. And then it says that the king's reign should stretch from the river to the ends of the earth.

Joe: Wow, that's quite a reign.

Peter: Yeah, and then it goes on to say that all kings should bow down to him and all nations should serve him.

Lois: Sounds like someone's trying to make a statement!

Peter: Yeah, and then it says that the king will save the people from oppression and violence, and that the poor will be saved from the oppressor.

Brian: Sounds like the king's got a pretty big job ahead of him.

Peter: Yeah, and then it says that the king will bring prosperity and peace to his people.

Stewie: In other words, he will be the king of the world! (in a dramatic voice)

Peter: Uh, yeah, I guess you could say that. And then it says that the king will live a long life, and his children will succeed him.

Lois: Wow, that's a lot of power!

Peter: Yeah, and then it ends with a blessing for the king and his people.
