Peter: "Okay, so Ezra 2 starts off with a list of people who returned to Jerusalem from exile with their families and livestock. They had a lot of stuff - like, 77500 people, 20000 animals, and tons of gold, silver and other stuff. →

Brian: So, let's see here, Ezra chapter 3. Peter: Ah, the book of Ezra. You know, once I got stuck in a book store and couldn't find my way out for like 4 hours. Brian: Interesting, but I think we should focus on the summary. →

Peter: Alright, so in this chapter of the Bible, we got some enemies of the Jews buildin' a wall to keep 'em from comin' back into their homeland. Meg: Ugh, that is so mean. They just want to go home. Brian: Yeah, but the enemies kept throwin' up roadblocks, like there was a bunch of letters sent back and forth tryin' to get the Jews to stop rebuildin'. →

Peter: Alright, so in Ezra 5, the Jews have returned to Jerusalem to rebuild the temple. Brian: Ugh. What a drag. Don't they know there's a new episode of The Bachelorette on tonight? Peter: Yeah, but this is important. →

Peter: Alright, so Ezra Chapter 6 is about the completion of the temple. Lois: Wow, that was pretty quick. Brian: Yeah, like one of those IKEA bookshelves, am I right? Peter: Hey, I got it right! Anyways, the Temple was dedicated and the Israelites celebrated with lots of sacrifices and feasts. →

Peter: Alright Meg, it's time for another chapter of the Bible! This time it's Ezra 7! Meg: Oh great, more Bible stuff. Brian: Wait, what's this one about? Peter: Well, Brian, it's about a guy named Ezra. →

Quagmire: Hey, what's up everybody? We're talking about Ezra 8! So, here's the breakdown: Ezra and his group of exiles, who were returning to Jerusalem, had to make a stop at a place called Ahava. There, they gathered up some Levites and some priests to help them with the journey. →

Peter: Alright, so it's all about Ezra in chapter 9 of the Bible. He's feeling pretty bummed out 'cause he's noticed the people of Israel are hanging out with people from other nations and marrying them. →

Peter Griffin: Alright, so Ezra 10. So, Brian, what's the deal with this one? Brian: Well, Peter, the people of Judah have returned from exile and Ezra the priest is leading them in rebuilding the temple. →
