    Peter: Alright, so this is Romans 1. It starts off with Paul introducing himself and talking about how he's a servant of Jesus. Lois: Like the singing group? Peter: No, not like The Servants of Jesus, Lois.

  • Chapter 2

    Brian: Alright, so Romans 2 starts off with Paul arguing that God will judge all people for their sins, no matter who they are. Stewie: Oh, so like that episode of Friends where Rachel and Ross go to the tanning salon and get judged by the tanning booth lady?

  • Chapter 3

    Peter: Alrighty, Romans 3, here we go! So, Paul's all like, "What advantage then has the Jew? Or what profit is there of circumcision? Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God.

  • Chapter 4

    [Peter Griffin] Alright, so Romans 4. [Lois Griffin] Alright, Peter, let's hear it. [Peter Griffin] So, God made a covenant with Abraham and his descendants that he would be the father of many nations and that's why he was chosen.

  • Chapter 5

    Peter: Alright, so Romans 5, it's all about God's love. He loves us so much that he sent his son Jesus to die for our sins, even though we don't deserve it. Lois: That's a lot of love, Peter! Brian: Yeah, but there's more.

  • Chapter 6

    Peter: Alright, Romans 6: In this chapter, Paul writes about how through Jesus, we have been freed from the power of sin, and instead, we should be living in obedience to God. It's like when I finally got that new robotic vacuum cleaner and I was able to stop sweeping the house every day.

  • Chapter 7

    Peter: Alright, so Romans 7 is about, uh, the law and how it ain't gonna save ya, right? Brian: Right... Lois: So it's kind of like when I tried to use coupons at the grocery store and the cashier said they expired?

  • Chapter 8

    Peter: Alright, so this is Romans 8. Lois: Oh, I love that chapter. Peter: Yeah, me too. Basically, it's all about how even though we're weak and messed up, God still loves us. Stewie: Typical. Peter: Yeah, so it's all about how God's Spirit helps us when we can't help ourselves, and how we can be sure that nothing can ever separate us from God's love.

  • Chapter 9

    Peter: Alright, so, this chapter is all about God's chosen people. Like, he was willing to do anything to get them back and make them his own. Lois: Huh. So kinda like when I finally got you to marry me?

  • Chapter 10

    Peter: Alright, so Romans 10. Let's see what we got here. Lois: Oh, this is one of my favorite chapters! Stewie: Ugh, enough with the Bible already. Let's move on to something interesting like (sings) Taylor Swift's latest album!

  • Chapter 11

    [Peter] Alright, so Romans 11 is all about God's plan for Israel. He's chosen them to be special, but they haven't always been faithful to Him. But God's still got a plan for them, and He's gonna work it all out in the end.

  • Chapter 12

    Peter: Alrighty then, let's get to it. Brian: What are we talking about, Peter? Peter: Romans 12. It's one of the chapters in the Bible, you know? Brian: Oh, so like, 'Love thy neighbor' and all that?

  • Chapter 13

    1-7. Peter: Alright, so Romans 13:1-7. Let's see here. "Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.

  • Chapter 14

    Peter: Alright, so Romans 14 is all about how we should accept and respect each other's beliefs, even if we don't agree with them. We shouldn't judge one another, and we should focus on the Lord's work rather than our own.

  • Chapter 15

    Peter: Alright, so Romans 15 is all about Paul encouraging his readers to accept one another despite their differences. He says that each of us should please our neighbor for their good, in order to build them up in the faith.

  • Chapter 16

    Peter: Alright, so it's Romans 16. Lois: Oh boy. Let's see what we got here. Stewie: I'm so excited, I'm gonna go get my Transformers! Peter: Alright Stewie, just don't forget the Allspark. Lois: So, in this chapter Paul greets many of his acquaintances and sends them his love.
