Peter: Alright, so here we go, Psalms 24. It's a Psalm of David, and it's all about God being the Lord of the universe and everyone on Earth belonging to him.
Lois: So, like, is he like the King of the World or something?
Brian: Yeah, that's pretty much it, Lois. It's a song of praise for God and his greatness.
Stewie: Ooh! Does it mention the throne room with the gold and the jewels and the thingies?
Peter: Yeah, totally. It says that God's Temple is on the summit of the mountains, and his glory is above the heavens.
Cleveland: Whoa, that's deep.
Quagmire: Oh yeah? Well, all I know is that this Psalm is so popular it's been sampled in tons of hip-hop songs.
Chris: Yeah, like that one Kanye West song, "Who Will Survive in America?"
Joe: Yeah, and there's that one song by Drake, "Lord Knows," that samples it too.
Peter: Alright, that's enough pop culture references, you guys. Let's get back to the Psalm. It goes on to say that God's people will be blessed if they follow his laws and his commands. That's about it for this chapter.
