Folks, here's the deal. Psalms 52 starts with a warning about not trusting in wealth and power. "Why do you boast in evil, you mighty man?". I tell you what, see here, Jack, this is a reminder that money and power can only get you so far. My father used to say, "The Lord will bring destruction upon you and take away your possessions." No malarkey! Not gonna happen. Then it goes on to talk about how the wicked will be destroyed and the righteous will be rewarded. Literally, it says, "God will give you everlasting life, and you will never be ashamed when you trust in him." Excuse me, what was that? That means that if you trust in the Lord, you will never be ashamed of your decision. That's what I'm talking about! C'mon, man! I'm not joking. See here, Jack, that's the deal with Psalms 52.
