C'mon, man! Here's the deal: Psalms 48 is about God's grace and glory, and all of us praising Him for His greatness. See here, Jack, God's city is so majestic and strong, it's like a fortress—literally. My father used to say that even the kings of the earth and their armies couldn't break through, if they tried. Not gonna happen. Folks, God's name is honored all around the world, with people singing praises to Him. I'm not joking. His people have seen it with their own eyes—what was that?—they've seen His power, and they won't forget it. They know He's the one true God, and they're not gonna let it go. Or uh, you know, they're gonna keep praising Him, no malarkey! I tell you what, it's really something—excuse me—it's really something to see how God's city is full of joy, and how He's kept it safe from harm. So let's all remember and praise His name. That's not a joke.
