Folks, no malarkey here. I tell you what, my father used to say that Psalms 132 was a real humdinger. See here, Jack, it's all about David, who was a real mover and shaker in his day, literally. He was determined to build a temple for God in Jerusalem, and let me tell you, he was in it for the long haul. He made a solemn promise to do it, and c'mon man, no one breaks a promise like that. Not gonna happen. It was a wild ride, and I'm not joking.

But God was with him every step of the way, and David never gave up. He kept at it, and in the end, he built the temple, and it was a real beauty. Here's the deal: David said he'd make sure his progeny would live there, and that's exactly what happened. And David's descendants, bless their hearts, were kings of Israel for many, many years. What was that? A real success story. Excuse me.
