• Chapter 1

    Folks, I'm tellin' ya, this Zechariah 1 chapter is a real doozy. No malarkey! See here, Jack, it's from late in the Old Testament, back in the days of King Darius. And I'm not joking, it starts off with a real eye-opener: the Lord's sending a message through this Zechariah fella to the people of Judah, saying, "I'm angry at the way you've been livin' your lives.

  • Chapter 2

    Listen, Jack, I tell you what, here's the deal. The Lord is gonna send his angel to measure out Jerusalem, and I'm not joking, folks, it's gonna be like a wall of fire around it, literally. See here, Jack, no malarkey! The Lord says Jerusalem will be inhabited without walls because of the number of people and animals in it, excuse me.

  • Chapter 3

    Folks! Here's the deal. You know, I remember my father used to say, "son, listen to the words of Zechariah 3. It's powerful stuff, I tell you what." So, let me tell you what it says: Joshua, the high priest, was standing before the angel of the Lord and the satan was accusing him.

  • Chapter 4

    C'mon, man! Listen, Jack, I tell you what - no malarkey! We gotta talk about Zechariah 4. Literally, folks, this chapter has got it all. My father used to say, "History repeats itself, Jack" and it sure does in this chapter.

  • Chapter 5

    Listen, Jack, here's the deal: literally, no malarkey! I'm talking about the fifth chapter of Zechariah, the one where the prophet sees a vision of a flying scroll. See here, Jack, this scroll is 30 feet long and 15 feet wide, and it's filled with curses for all the sinners out there.

  • Chapter 6

    Hey folks, here's the deal, Zechariah 6 is all about the four chariots of the Lord. Literally, four chariots coming out of between two mountains of bronze. See here, Jack, two of the chariots were full of red horses, and two were full of black horses.

  • Chapter 7

    Listen, Jack, it's not gonna happen that you can ignore the Lord's commands. Folks, here's the deal: a long time ago - like, way back in the days of Zechariah - the people asked the Lord for advice about fasts and he answered them.

  • Chapter 8

    Folks! Here's the deal: Zechariah 8 is all about the restoration of Jerusalem. No malarkey! I'm not joking. C'mon, man! God promises even more restoration for his people, and it's gonna be incredible. Literally! My father used to say, "it's gonna be bigger and better than anything we can imagine.

  • Chapter 9

    Folks, I'm gonna tell you about Zechariah 9. Here's the deal: it's a chapter about the Lord's coming to his people. C'mon, man! He's coming with justice and righteousness, and a little bit of mercy too! He'll bring peace and prosperity—literally! And he'll set his people free from all the nations that oppressed them.

  • Chapter 10

    1-12. Folks! I tell you what, I've learned a lot working on the Bible, and I'm not joking when I say that Zechariah 10:1-12 is one of the most powerful chapters out there. C'mon, man! My father used to say that if you want to understand the power of faith, you have to look to this chapter! See here, Jack: It starts with a call for justice and righteousness.

  • Chapter 11

    Folks, here's the deal. I'm not gonna lie to ya-- things ain't been easy for the people of Judah these days. My father used to say, "Joey, the Lord is gonna bring down judgement on the wicked.” And, c'mon, man, that's exactly what's happening here in Zechariah 11.

  • Chapter 12

    Listen, Jack, here's the deal. Zechariah is prophesying that God is gonna pour out His Spirit on the house of David, and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem. C'mon, man, it's gonna be like a fountain, a flood of mercy and grace.

  • Chapter 13

    Folks, here's the deal: Zechariah 13 starts by talking about a fountain that will be opened up to cleanse us from our sins and our uncleanness. That's what my father used to say. I'm not joking. Then it goes on to say that all the false prophets and diviners will be destroyed.

  • Chapter 14

    Folks! See here, Jack: Zechariah 14 is a real eye-opener. No malarkey. I'm not joking. We got a God who's coming down from heaven to save the day. Literally. My father used to say, "Joey, if you don't believe in the Lord, you can't be saved.
