Folks, I'm tellin' ya, Psalm 45 is a real humdinger. Listen, Jack, here's the deal: God's anointed, His Majesty, is literally the most handsome of all men. He's dressed up in a robe of pure gold, and his chariot is decked out with the best of everything. He's the King of Glory, and he loves righteousness and justice. C'mon, man, he's a real stand-up guy!

My father used to say, "If you want to be the best, you have to do the best." Well, no malarkey, this King of Glory is living up to that old adage. He's got truth and wisdom in his mouth and a sharp sword in his hand. He's gonna lead the nations and bring peace to the land.

See here, Jack, what was that? His love and loyalty will never end. He's a mighty ruler, and he'll always be faithful to his people. Uh-huh. He'll make the princesses of foreign kings his brides. I'm not joking, folks - that's the kind of guy he is.

But here's the thing. Not gonna happen. This King of Glory is not of this world. He'll reign forever, and his throne will never be taken away. Excuse me, but this is one part of the Bible that really speaks to me.
