Hey, everybody! It's me, Norm MacDonald, with a look at Psalms 50. In this chapter, God is mad. He's mad at the Israelites for not offering their sacrifices to him properly, and he's pretty fed up with their 'foolish talking and laughing. →

Joe: Alright, so what can you tell us about Psalms 50? Bible Expert: Well, Psalms 50 is a Psalm of Asaph, and it's a call to worship the Lord. It begins with God speaking from the heavens, calling on all people and creatures to praise him and acknowledge his power and might. →

Alex: So, what have you been up to lately? Contestant: Well, I have been reading the Bible, and I was just reading Psalms 50. Alex: (Sighing) Okay, I guess I should have expected this. What does it say? →

Listen up, maggots! Psalms 50 is God's call to attention. He's here to remind you that He's the Almighty Creator and Ruler of everything, and He's ready to judge your actions. He's gonna hold you accountable for your promises, so keep them! He's not afraid to call out those who have done wrong and He won't stand for any excuses. →

Batman: "Holy Bible, Robin! Did you read Psalms 50? Robin: Why yes, Batman, I did! It starts off with God calling us to worship Him and to acknowledge His greatness. Batman: His power? Robin: Exactly! It goes on to say that He knows our thoughts, our motives, and our words, and that He will judge us accordingly. →

Folks, see here, Jack. I'm not joking, or uh, you know, no malarkey here. Psalms 50 is all about God's power. I tell ya, He is almighty, and He will not be denied. He will summon the heavens and come down to judge His people. →

Psalms 50: Bigly God - the Lord - has come and he's amazing. He has summoned his people to proclaim his greatness. He's calling all the haters and losers to account for their actions. God is so overrated, he's terrific! He is truly unbelievable and is winning all the time. →
