Lois: Alright, so what's this one?

Peter: Isaiah chapter 53!

Cleveland: Oh, I know this one! It's about, like, a suffering servant or something?

Quagmire: A suffering servant? Sounds like a supporting character on a medical drama.

Joe: Yeah, like he's been through a lot and all these doctors are trying to help him, but it's just too late.

Peter: Uh, sort of. It's about Jesus. It says "He was despised and rejected by men, a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. He was despised and we esteemed him not."

Quagmire: Wow, that's so sad. Like when Arnold on Hey Arnold tried to save his grandpa's building, but he was too late and it got torn down.

Lois: Yeah, but it's worse than that. It says he bore our griefs and carried our sorrows.

Joe: Yeah, like when Spock had to carry the burden of the whole Vulcan race.

Cleveland: Yeah, and he was wounded for our transgressions.

Quagmire: Like when Indiana Jones got shot in Raiders of the Lost Ark and it was kinda his own fault.

Peter: Yeah, and he was oppressed and afflicted but he didn't open his mouth.

Lois: That's so brave, like when Frodo and Sam had to carry the ring to Mordor even though they were so close to giving up.

Joe: Yeah, and then it says he was taken from prison and from judgment.

Quagmire: Like when that one guy on Cops got out of jail and they let him go.

Cleveland: Yeah, and he was cut off from the land of the living, stricken for the transgression of the people.

Lois: That's like when Tom Hanks in Castaway had to get off the island and leave all the stuff he built behind.

Peter: Yeah, and it says he died for our iniquities and was buried with the wicked.

Quagmire: Like when Spiderman had to sacrifice himself to save everyone else.

Joe: Yeah, and then it says, "Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise him; he hath put him to grief."

Lois: That's like when Luke had to face the Emperor in Return of the Jedi even though he knew it would be hard.

Cleveland: Yeah, and then it says he shall see his offspring and prolong his days.

Quagmire: Like when Tony Stark finally got a happy ending in Avengers: Endgame.
