Peter: Alright, Isaiah Chapter 31. Let's see what this one is about.

Lois: Oh, it's that one about the people of Judah trusting in a foreign nation for help instead of God, right?

Cleveland: Right, and God is like, "Ain't gonna happen."

Brian: Yeah, God says he's gonna swoop down like an eagle and bring judgment and destruction on those who don't trust in him.

Stewie: Sounds like an episode of Game of Thrones--but with God as the main character!

Peter: Yeah, and then God says he's gonna send a signal on the mountains and all the people of Israel will know he's the one responsible.

Lois: Yeah, and then he'll go down and save Jerusalem from the enemy like he did in the time of King David.

Cleveland: That's right, and then he'll be like the ultimate hero, coming to the rescue of his people.

Brian: And God says that he'll protect Jerusalem with a wall of fire, so that no enemy will ever be able to come near the city.

Stewie: That's pretty cool. Sounds like a scene from The Avengers!

Peter: Yeah, but the message here is that God is the only one we should trust and rely on, no matter what. He's the only one who can save us and protect us.
