Batman: [to Robin] Robin, this chapter speaks of a man in great distress, beseeching God for help.

Robin: Holy suffering, Batman! What made him so sad?

Batman: [grimly] His enemies were attacking him, Robin. He was overwhelmed by sorrow and guilt.

Catwoman: [sneeringly] Oh, isn't that too bad. What was he asking God to do?

Batman: He was asking God to not punish him too harshly, to heal him, and to protect him from his enemies.

Robin: [hopefully] Did God answer his prayers, Batman?

Batman: [firmly] Indeed he did, Robin. He heard his prayer and brought him relief.
