Batman: Old King Asaph of Judah had some words of wisdom for us, Robin!

Robin: That is true, Batman. He wrote a song to teach us about the history of God's people and the great things he has done for them.

Batman: Such as, Robin?

Robin: Well, it says that he set up a witness in Jacob and appointed a law in Israel that he commanded to be taught to the people.

Joker: Sounds boring! What else?

Batman: The Joker may think it's boring, but it is important that we learn the history of our people, Joker.

Robin: And it says that God commanded them not to forget what he had done, but to keep his commandments, statutes, and laws in their hearts. He also made a covenant with them and warned them not to forget it.

Catwoman: That's all well and good, but what is the point?

Batman: The point, Catwoman, is that forgetting what God has done is a surefire way to forget the blessings of his covenant. We must remember his past deeds and keep his commandments so that we may benefit from his covenant.
