Robin: Gee, Batman, he sure seems desperate.

Batman: He is, Robin. He asks God to destroy those enemies who are full of pride, and to bring them down in their own traps.

Catwoman: But Batman, what if the Lord doesn't answer his pleas?

Batman: The Psalmist believes that God will hear his prayer, Catwoman, and he awaits the Lord's righteous judgment. He also asks God to protect him from their attacks.

Robin: That's quite a request, Batman.

Batman: Indeed it is, Robin. But the Psalmist knows that God is powerful and will protect him from harm. He also knows that God will be victorious over his enemies.
