Listen, Jack, c'mon, man, here's the deal - we're talking about Genesis 13. My father used to say that this chapter was literally the foundation of the Bible, you know, the foundation of the whole thing. I'm not joking. In this chapter, we see Abram and Lot, who were both wealthy. Abram was so rich he had a lot of livestock and could have filled up the whole land with his stuff. So, Lot, who was his nephew, was like, "Hey, why don't we split this up and both of us take some land?" And that's what they did. They split it up and Lot went to the Jordan Valley, which was a great spot for farming. But Abram said, "No malarkey, I'm gonna stay here," and the Lord said, "That's a great idea, Abram, and I'm gonna bless you and make you even richer." And that's what happened. So, now we have Abram and Lot living separately with their wealth, and the chapter ends with them living in peace and harmony. See here, Jack, that's the deal with Genesis 13. What was that? I tell you what, it's a great story!
