Folks, no malarkey! Here's the deal: Genesis 23 is about Abraham buying a burial place for his wife Sarah. He goes to the Hittites and asks for a place to bury her, and all the Hittites say, "C'mon, man, you can have any place you want!" So Abraham pays a hefty price for it and buries Sarah there. Literally, my father used to say, "You get what you pay for." But in this case, Abraham got more than he paid for. See here, Jack, he got a place of honor and respect for his beloved wife. I'm not joking! What was that? Oh, right. Then he goes back to his home and mourns for her. That's the deal. End of story. Not gonna happen! Excuse me.
