Well, it's Psalms 39 and I gotta say, this one's a doozy. It starts with an introspective lament. The author is asking God to keep an eye on him and help him out during this difficult time. He's feeling pretty low, and he's asking God to just give him a break. But then, he kind of turns it around and decides that he's gonna live for the moment and enjoy life while he can. He'll take what he can get and be grateful for it. He's wise enough to know that it won't last forever, so he's gonna make the most of it. All in all, it's a pretty good pep talk.
