Welcome back, I'm Norm MacDonald and here's the latest on the Bible. In Psalms 63, King David, who is lying in a desert, is desperate to find God, who he calls the "Giver of Life". He longs to be near Him, and his heart and his soul cry out for Him. He says that no matter where he goes, God's love and faithfulness are always within reach. He praises God for being his salvation and refuge, and for giving him strength in his time of need. With God, he says, his soul can be satisfied and his lips can shout for joy. In conclusion, David ends by saying that he will always remember God and praise Him with all his heart.
