Good evening, folks. Let's take a look at what's going on in Psalms 6. King David is having a rough go of it, asking God to come to his aid. He's feeling pretty low and thinks God has forgotten about him. He's asking for mercy and for God to hear his cries for help. He's even going so far as to promise to sacrifice a ram if God listens to him. I guess that's one way to get God to pick up the phone. But don't worry, folks, God eventually comes through and David is saved. The moral of the story? Even when you're in the depths of despair, God is still listening.
