Well, folks, it looks like 2 Timothy is back with chapter 1! Paul is writing to Timothy, his spiritual son. He’s writing from prison, which is a terrible place to be, but hey at least he’s got the time to write folksy letters about the gospel. →

Alright, alright, alright. So in Chapter 2 of 2 Timothy, Paul's got some advice for Timothy, who is a young preacher. He says don't be ashamed of the gospel, and don't be afraid to suffer for it. He also tells Timothy to be strong and patient, and to keep his head in the game. →

Hey, remember when Paul wrote 2 Timothy 3? Yeah, that was a wild ride. Paul basically said, "Hey, be ready for any and all persecution because, let's face it, it's gonna come." He also said, "Hey, there's gonna be some bad stuff out there, so watch out for that, too. →

Well, folks, it looks like 2 Timothy 4 is a real rollercoaster of a chapter. Paul seems to be coming to the end of his life and is offering some parting words of wisdom...which mostly boil down to 'preach the gospel and don't be afraid of anyone'. →
