Seems they've been listening to some false teachers who are trying to convince them to adhere to certain Jewish ritual laws.

    Well, here's some advice from the Bible: if you're gonna get yourself into a Galatian-style religious argument, don't go wilding out with your opinions, because it won't get you anywhere. The Spirit of the Law is freedom, and it's important to stay focused on that, and not let yourself be dragged into a cycle of legalism.
