Alright, alright, alright. So in Chapter 2 of 2 Timothy, Paul's got some advice for Timothy, who is a young preacher. He says don't be ashamed of the gospel, and don't be afraid to suffer for it. He also tells Timothy to be strong and patient, and to keep his head in the game. He then gives a bunch of analogies for what it takes to be a good preacher, and essentially says that it takes hard work and determination. Paul also encourages Timothy to share the gospel, and reminds him that God won't forget his service. Bottom line: if you want to be a good preacher, it takes a lot of hard work, and you won't be rewarded until after you're dead.
