Peter: Alright, so, Exodus 27. This time around, it's all about the altar of burnt offering. Apparently, it should be made of wood, and have four horns, and be five cubits long and five cubits wide. Oh, and it's gotta have four rings, too.

Lois: And it should be covered with brass.

Brian: And you can make poles for it, too. You know, for carrying it around.

Meg: And you need to make two other altars. One for burning incense, and one for washing.

Chris: Oh, and don't forget all the pots and shovels, and the basins and such.

Stewie: You know, I heard there was a really great store for all that stuff. It's called "The Altar Store".

Peter: Wow, that's convenient.

Lois: That's not the point, Peter.

Peter: I know, I'm just sayin'.

Brian: Anyway, then there's the court of the tabernacle. It should have hangings of fine twined linen, with 20 posts and 20 sockets of brass.

Meg: And you have to have four pillars, and four sockets of silver.

Chris: And then you need to make a bunch of other stuff, like the lamps and the oil and the incense and all that.

Stewie: That's a lot of stuff. I'm glad I don't have to do it.

Peter: Yeah, me too. I mean, who wants to be the one to make an altar? That's no fun.

Lois: It may not be fun, Peter, but it's important.
