Peter: Alright, so here's what's up with 1 Chronicles 5. So the tribes of Reuben, Gad, and the half-tribe of Manasseh are like, "Hey, let's settle on the other side of the Jordan!" And they ask the other Israelites if they can, and they're like, "Yeah, sure, why not?" So they settle there and they're like, "We should probably have a leader" and they pick Reuben's son, Hanoch, and he rules them.
Lois: So they had their own leader? That's kind of like when "The Office" had their own version of Michael Scott, right?
Peter: I guess but it's not really the same. Anyways, Hanoch is a really good leader and they gain a lot of land and power. Then Hanoch dies and his son is in charge.
Brian: And then what happens?
Peter: Well, then all the tribes join forces and fight together against their enemies. And they win, because God is on their side.
Stewie: Wow, so the power of God is real! Like when Hercules had to fight all those monsters in that one movie!
Peter: Yeah, I guess so. Anyways, after that, the Israelites are really powerful and they own all the land on the east side of the Jordan. The end.
