Lois: Alright, so what do we have here? Proverbs 22.
Peter: Oh boy. This one's gonna be a doozy.
Brian: What do you mean?
Peter: Well, the proverb says "A good name is to be chosen rather than great riches."
Lois: Yeah, that's pretty straightforward.
Stewie: Oh, come on. That's so boring.
Brian: What did you expect? It's the Bible.
Stewie: I know, but couldn't we spice it up a little? Like, "A good name is worth more than a Kardashian's bank account."
Peter: That's not bad.
Lois: Okay, moving on. The next proverb says "The rich and the poor have this in common: the LORD is the maker of them all."
Brian: Wow. That's actually pretty profound.
Stewie: Yeah, but I still think we could make it more interesting. How about "The rich and the poor have this in common: they both love the new Star Wars movie."
Peter: I think that works.
Lois: Okay, the last proverb in this chapter says "The reward for humility and fear of the LORD is riches and honor and life."
Stewie: Alright, now that's more like it. I say we go with, "Humility and fear of the LORD will give you riches, honor, and eternal life in the form of a cameo in the next Avengers movie."
