Peter: Alright, so chapter 27 of Proverbs is all about serving up some good old-fashioned wisdom. "Don't boast about tomorrow, for you don't know what a day may bring."
Lois: Yeah, like in the movie 'Zoolander' when Mugatu says, "Who knows what the future holds?!"
Brian: Yeah, speaking of the future, Proverbs 27 also says "Let another praise you, and not your own mouth; a stranger, and not your own lips."
Stewie: Hmm, that does sound like something I'd say to my enemies. Like, "you may praise me today, but remember, I'm gonna get you tomorrow!"
Peter: Alright, alright, let's stay on topic. Proverbs 27 also says to "Be sure you know the condition of your flocks, give careful attention to your herds."
Quagmire: Yeah, like in the movie 'Anchorman' when Ron Burgundy says, "I'm gonna get milk Drunk!"
Lois: Now, now, that's enough of that. Proverbs 27 also says, "A quarrelsome wife is like the dripping of a leaky roof in a rainstorm."
Brian: Yikes, I don't ever want to hear that one again.
Stewie: Yeah, I can't even imagine how annoying that must be.
Peter: Well, the last bit of Proverbs 27 says, "Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another."
Lois: So, basically, if you surround yourself with wise people, you'll become wise yourself.
Quagmire: Yeah, like in the movie 'The Matrix' when Morpheus says, "I can only show you the door, you have to walk through it!"
