Good evening everyone. This is Norm MacDonald here with the summary of Genesis 20. Lot, Abraham's nephew, has set up shop in the city of Gerar. The king of Gerar, Abimelech, has taken Lot's wife as his own, but God tells Abimelech in a dream that Lot's wife is actually his wife's sister. Abimelech gives Lot and his family back to Lot and apologizes. Abraham is then gifted with sheep, oxen, slaves, and a thousand pieces of silver by Abimelech. Finally, God opens up the wombs of the women of Gerar and they are blessed with children. So, basically, God gets Abraham some cash, and Abimelech gets a family. See ya next time.
