Peter: Alright, in Job 39, the Lord says that God made the wild ostrich, and that it laughs at horsemen and is fearless and doesn’t care about the noise of chariots.

Lois: Wow, that’s pretty impressive! What else does it say?

Peter: Well, it also says that ostriches can lay eggs on the ground without caring to make a nest, and that she forgets that a foot might crush them.

Brian: That sounds like a metaphor for the life of a celebrity.

Meg: What? That doesn’t make any sense.

Peter: Yeah, but it’s still pretty cool! The Lord also says that ostriches don’t worry about their chicks because their offspring is strong, and that God has given them the ability to run as fast as a horse.

Lois: That’s incredible! I guess that’s why ostriches are so popular in pop culture.

Peter: Yeah, they’re like the Kardashians of the animal world!
