Peter: Alright, so Job 13. Let's see what's happenin'!

Brian: Not much, Peter. Job is basically just talking to God and defending himself against the accusations of his friends.

Stewie: Yeah, but he's doing it in the most roundabout way. It's like a Scorsese film!

Peter: Yeah, but like most Scorsese films, it's not that funny.

Lois: Peter, come on. It's more than just Job talking. He's also asking God to explain why He's punishing him.

Brian: Right. He's basically saying that if God wants to beat him up, he'd rather just have it out with him instead of going through all this.

Stewie: It's like when I used to play Street Fighter 2. It's much better to just fight your opponent head-on.

Peter: Yeah, but I always used to just button-mash and hope for the best.

Lois: That's not the point, Peter. The point is that Job is trying to reason with God and get some answers.

Brian: And it's a good reminder that sometimes we have to have faith even if we don't understand.

Stewie: It's like that episode of The Simpsons where Homer tries to get the answer to the riddle... and then realizes that sometimes there isn't an answer.

Peter: Yeah, that's deep.
