Peter: Alright, uh, so this Job 4 chapter is all about Eliphaz telling Job that he's messed up and he needs to just accept his fate. He says, uh, "Should a wise man answer with empty notions, and fill himself with the east wind? Should he argue in unprofitable talk, or in words with which he can do no good?"

Lois: Yeah, like when Stewie talks about his plans to take over the world?

Peter: Exactly! Eliphaz then says that Job should just accept his suffering and repent of his sins. He says, "Remember, who that was innocent ever perished? Or where were the upright cut off?"

Stewie: Oh, kind of like when I got cut off in the middle of my monologue about how I was gonna get rid of Brian?

Peter: Yeah, sure. Eliphaz says that Job's suffering is punishment from God because of his sins, and that he should just accept it. He then tries to encourage Job by saying, "Look, take courage and be firm. Your hope will not be disappointed."

Brian: Like when I thought I was going to win the lottery?

Peter: Sure, why not. That's pretty much it for this chapter. Eliphaz is trying to convince Job that he should just accept his suffering and repent of his sins.
