Listen, Jack, here's the deal on Isaiah 29. C'mon, man, no malarkey! Folks, if you thought the Lord was done with Jerusalem, you thought wrong. I'm not joking. He's literally gonna shake the heavens and the earth, and the people are gonna be like, "What was that?" And all their idols are gonna be broken to pieces like a pot. It's gonna be a real sight to see.

My father used to say the Lord is gonna bring a great famine and drought to Jerusalem. See here, Jack, it's gonna be like, no rain, no food, and no blessings. Or uh, you know, it's gonna be a real hard time for the folks livin' there. But if they turn to the Lord, He's gonna save them from all that. I tell you what, He's gonna reverse what He's done and give them a blessing instead.

And then, excuse me, He's gonna open the eyes of the people and their hearts and minds, so they can understand Him. He's gonna make sure they never forget Him again. Not gonna happen. He's gonna fill their mouth with laughter and their lips with shouts of joy. He's gonna make sure they never forget Him again.

That's the deal on Isaiah 29, folks. And if you don't believe it, just wait and see. The Lord's gonna do what He says He's gonna do.
