Folks, listen, Jack. Here's the deal: Isaiah 28 is about judgment. You know, my father used to tell me that God is a just God and those who don't follow His ways will pay the price. Well, this is a chapter about that. No malarkey! See here, Jack, the Lord says He's gonna lay a stone in Zion, a tried cornerstone, a precious cornerstone. He's gonna make justice the line and righteousness the plummet. Excuse me, but that means He's gonna judge the proud and arrogant. C'mon, man! It's like He's saying, "What was that? You think you can just get away with whatever you want? Not gonna happen." I tell ya, the Lord will make sure justice is served. Literally!
