Isaiah 28: is about a warning to the people of Israel. It starts off with a very, very sad description of their current state, saying "they have rejected the law of the Lord Almighty". The Lord Almighty then goes on to say that he will not relent from punishing the people if they do not turn away from their wicked ways.

The Lord then goes on to describe the coming punishment in great detail. He says that he will send a "foreign king" to them, who will be like a "destroyer of nations" and that he will bring destruction and chaos to their land.

The Lord also speaks of a "cornerstone" that will be laid in Zion, and that it will be a sign of his protection over the people. He goes on to say that those who trust in it will have safety and peace.

The Lord then warns the people not to make their own plans and to heed his warnings. He says that if they do not, they will be like drunkards, who are unable to stand on their own.

The Lord then speaks of a "priestly and prophetic vision" that will be given to them, which will allow them to understand more of his plan.

To conclude, the Lord says that he will restore the people of Israel if they turn to him and seek his help. He ends the chapter with a promise that he will make them great again if they follow his path. God bless America!
