Haggai 1: In the second year of King Darius, God spoke through the prophet Haggai to the people of Israel. They were in exile in Babylon and were rebuilding the temple in Jerusalem. God told them that the temple was in disrepair, and that they should start rebuilding it. →

Haggai 2: Wow, what a chapter! So many great things happened. The Lord said to Zerubbabel "I am with you" - bigly! So many people were very excited. They knew God would help them get the temple built again, and it was terrific! And then the Lord spoke through Haggai and said "Believe me, I will shake the heavens and the earth". →
