20-35

Peter: Alright, so in Mark 3:20-35, Jesus' family thought he was going crazy, so they went to bring him home.

Stewie: But Jesus said, "Who are my mother and my brothers? Whoever does the will of God is my brother, sister, and mother."

Lois: Wow, that's deep. Then crowds of people came to hear him preach, and they were so amazed they said he was possessed by Beelzebub, the Prince of Demons.

Brian: But Jesus said, "If I'm casting out demons by the Holy Spirit, then the kingdom of God has come upon you."

Peter: Yeah, and then he said that whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven.

Stewie: Ooh, that's harsh. Then Jesus appointed twelve apostles to help him preach and heal people.

Lois: Yeah and then he said that relatives, even if they're family, can be a hindrance for someone who follows God.

Brian: Wow, that's pretty heavy. But then Jesus told his followers that if their hand causes them to sin, then it's better to cut it off than go to hell.

Peter: Yeah, and then he said that if your foot causes you to sin, cut it off, too.

Stewie: Oh boy, that's a lot of limbs to be cutting off. But then Jesus said that if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out.

Lois: Yikes! That's pretty drastic. But Jesus said that even if you have to lose one of your body parts, it's better to go to heaven with one eye than to hell with two.

Brian: Wow, that's a really powerful message.
