(Peter) Hey, Meg, what did you think of Mark chapter 10?
(Meg) Well, Peter, it's definitely a wild ride. Jesus tells his disciples about marriage, and then goes on to talk about how hard it is for wealthy people to get into the Kingdom of Heaven.
(Brian) It's like when you try to get into a nightclub, but you don't have the right shoes.
(Peter) He also warns his disciples against being tempted by material goods, and then blesses a group of children.
(Lois) Yeah, and then he makes kind of a weird statement about how people should be like little children if they want to enter the kingdom.
(Peter) Ah, yeah, and then there's the famous story about the rich young ruler who thinks he's got it all figured out, but Jesus isn't impressed.
(Meg) And then Jesus talks about how the disciples will have to suffer for Him, but that it will all be worth it in the end.
(Stewie) Yeah, it's like when you work really hard to get something, and then you finally get it and it's totally worth it.
(Peter) Yeah, exactly. So all in all, Mark 10 is a pretty interesting chapter.
(Brian) Yeah, and you know what they say: if you can't understand the Bible, just make a Family Guy reference.
