Peter: So, uh, 2 Chronicles 14, huh? Alright, so, it's all about King Asa of Judah. He's pretty awesome and defeats a bunch of enemies.
Lois: Wow, that's great! So he's a real hero?
Peter: Yeah, he totally is! He gets rid of all the idols and high places in Judah and tells the people to seek the Lord their God.
Brian: Wait, I thought that was a pretty bad thing to do?
Lois: No, Brian, it's actually a good thing. Peter, what else happened?
Peter: Oh, yeah! So, Asa builds up his army, and then he totally defeats the Ethiopians! It's like something out of '300'!
Brian: Wow, so he really was a hero!
Lois: Yes, and he was rewarded for his bravery. He was blessed with victory, and Judah was at peace for many years afterwards.
Peter: Yeah, and Asa was so grateful that he dedicated all the silver and gold he had taken from Ethiopia to the Lord.
Lois: Wow, that's a great example of humility and faith!
Brian: Yeah, I guess it is. Now, can we go watch 'Game of Thrones'?
