Batman: Robin, the Bible tells us that in Jeremiah 9, the Lord is lamenting that all of His people have become foolish and act wickedly.

Robin: Goodness gracious Batman, that doesn't sound good.

Batman: No, it doesn't. The Lord is so upset that He will use the heathen nations to come and punish His people.

Joker: Hey, Batman and Robin! That sounds like a job for me!

Batman: Joker, I'm afraid not. The Lord does not want His children to be punished by the wicked. He wants them to turn away from their wickedness and repent.

Robin: But how can they do that if they don't know how?

Batman: By learning how to be wise and understanding how to do what is right. That is the only way they can turn away from their wickedness and be saved.
