Batman: Jeremiah 15, Joker. It begins with God informing Jeremiah that he will be a target of persecution, but God will still protect him.

Robin: But then, God talks about how the people of Jerusalem are in trouble.

Joker: Oh, sounds like they're up to their necks in it.

Batman: They are indeed, Joker. God says that the people have forsaken Him and that even the priests and prophets are not following His commands.

Robin: It doesn't sound like the people of Jerusalem have been very good.

Joker: I think God has a point.

Batman: He does, Joker. He tells Jeremiah that the people will be punished for their sins and that they will have to endure hardship and suffering.

Robin: But there is a glimmer of hope. God says that He will still be with Jeremiah and will give him the strength to endure these difficult times.
