Batman: Saul, the king of Israel, is in danger. The Philistine forces have him surrounded and they plan to kill him!

Catwoman: But why should we care? We don't owe Saul anything!

Batman: That may be true, Catwoman, but we must remember that justice and righteousness are always worth protecting.

Joker: Ha ha ha! Justice and righteousness? That's a good one, Batman!

Batman: Be silent, Joker! Now, in 1 Samuel 26, David and his men find Saul asleep in his camp and they have the opportunity to kill him. But David spares Saul's life, instead taking only his spear and water jug!

Robin: Wow, that was brave of David!

Batman: Indeed it was, Robin. And it serves as a reminder that we must always choose justice over vengeance.
