This week on Deuteronomy, Moses is back again with more rules and regulations for the people of Israel. He's really laying it on thick about how they must destroy all the idols and altars in the land, and keep all their sacrifices and offerings in the place God has chosen. He also says the Israelites must be careful not to follow in the footsteps of their neighbors and worship other gods, 'cause that always ends up badly. He finishes off by warning them not to eat animals that have been sacrificed to gods they don't recognize. So, if you're in the Israelites, I guess it's time to start breaking out the shovels and the matches.
