1-50.

Folks, here's the deal. This chapter of the Bible is a wild one! We got Korah and his cronies, 250 of 'em, trying to challenge Moses' authority, c'mon, man! My father used to say, "Those who challenge authority will get a good talking to"! And that's exactly what happened here. God told Moses to have the people move away from Korah and his crew, so they did, literally.

Now, Korah and the other 250 men, they had this plan, see here, Jack. They thought they could upstage Moses and Aaron with their firepans and incense, but God said, "No malarkey!" and sent a fire to consume them all. I'm not joking, not gonna happen. Not only that, but God also sent a plague to take out 14,700 of the Israelites, just to show them who was boss.

But wait, it gets wilder. Moses and Aaron, they threw themselves on the ground, begging God to forgive the people. And guess what? He did! I tell you what, God's mercy never fails. But to teach the people a lesson, He told Moses and Aaron to take incense and firepans and stand between the dead and the living, and then the plague stopped.

So, what was that? God showed us that He's a God of justice and mercy, and no one can stand against Him. See here, Jack, it's not gonna happen. Excuse me, His love and grace never runs out. That's the deal.
