Folks! Listen, Jack. Here's the deal, I'm gonna tell you about this chapter of the Bible, 2 Chronicles 8. C'mon, man, it's a good one. So, a long time ago, Solomon had this plan to build the House of the Lord and build and store cities to keep their chariots and horses. And he had this great navy, and he had all the materials he needed, like ships, gold, silver and bronze, and so on. And he built the Temple of God and the house of the king, and he completed it. And then he sent out his people to work in the cities, and they kept their chariots and horses there. No malarkey!

Then, Solomon got all these foreign people, like the Hittites, the Arameans, the Moabites, and the Ammonites. And they all worked in the cities, and they built the Lord's Temple, and they kept the chariots and horses there. My father used to say, "If you work hard and do your best, you'll get the job done." And that's what happened here.

Literaly, Solomon was so dedicated to the Lord that he made sure that the Temple was made and that the people were doing their job. And he kept the chariots and horses ready to go when needed. See here, Jack, that's something that we should all remember. What was that? Dedication. That's what it was.

Now, I'm not joking, Solomon was so dedicated that he even set up sacrifices to the Lord. He made sure that the people had the right offerings and the right sacrifices. And he made sure that the Temple was clean and kept in good shape. Or, uh, you know, kept up. That's what he did.

So, I tell you what, folks, if you want to make sure that you're doing the right thing, you need to do it with dedication like Solomon did. That's the deal. Not gonna happen any other way. Excuse me.
