Folks, here's the deal. You know, my father used to say, there's no malarkey when it comes to the Bible. And the story of 1 Samuel 31 is no exception. Listen, Jack, the Philistines were at war with the Israelites and they were winning. It was a literal blood bath. Well, Saul, the King of Israel, was so desperate to win that he ordered his men to fight to the death. But they refused. I'm not joking. So, Saul took his own life instead. Now, I tell you what, this story is so old, it's like, what was that? Excuse me, it's like it happened a million years ago. C'mon, man. But it's still relevant today. It's a reminder that no matter how bad things get, we gotta keep fighting. Or uh, you know, not give up. See here, Jack, no matter what, no matter how much we wanna give up, that's not gonna happen. We have to keep believing in ourselves and our cause. That's the only way we'll make it through.
