Penguin: Indeed! If someone hurts someone else, they must pay for medical expenses and make restitution in Exodus 21:18-19.

Catwoman: If a thief can’t pay back what they stole, they must be sold as a slave in Exodus 21:7.

Joker: You’re all forgetting the best part! If someone hits their parent, they must be put to death in Exodus 21:15.

Batman: That goes to show that in the Lord’s eyes, children must honor their parents.
