Well, folks, it's time to catch up on some Bible news. In Matthew 26, we get to meet Judas Iscariot, who would become famously known as the betrayer of Jesus. He strikes a deal with the priests to hand Jesus over for 30 pieces of silver. After Jesus and the disciples eat the Last Supper, Jesus says that they will all be scattered soon. Then Jesus is arrested and brought before the high priest. After some back and forth, Jesus is condemned to death. So, yeah, it's definitely not the cheeriest chapter in the Bible.
