Well, folks, it's time to take a look at what's happening in the Bible. This week, it's all about Acts 22: Paul is back in Jerusalem, and he's telling everyone his conversion story. He's not getting a great reception, as the crowd is ready to stone him. But a Roman commander intervenes, and Paul is taken into custody. Paul then tells the commander his story, and the commander is so impressed that he orders Paul to be treated with respect and ordered to stand trial in Rome. So, there you have it. Paul was almost stoned, and now he's headed off to Rome. I guess it's true what they say: it's always better to be tried in Rome.
