Listen up, maggots! In Genesis 39, we learn about Joseph, who was sold into slavery by his brothers. He's taken to Egypt and put in the service of Potiphar, captain of Pharaoh's guard. Potiphar notices how hard Joseph works and entrusts him with all his affairs. Potiphar's wife, who has the hots for Joseph, tries to get him to sleep with her, but Joseph refuses. She gets mad and has him thrown in prison. While in prison, Joseph interprets the dreams of two fellow prisoners and when Pharaoh has a dream, Joseph is called to interpret it. He tells Pharaoh that Egypt will have seven years of abundance followed by seven years of famine. Pharaoh appoints Joseph to be governor over all of Egypt and Joseph's brothers come to Egypt to buy food. In the end, Joseph reveals his identity to his brothers and is reunited with his father, Jacob. That's it maggots, now move it!
